How it works
All counts are computed entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server. Words use Unicode word boundaries; sentences end on ., !, or ?; paragraphs are separated by a blank line. Reading time assumes 238 words/minute (avg adult reading); speaking time assumes 150 words/minute (conversational pace). Syllables are estimated heuristically.
